I painted this trunk years ago in Marty Reynolds’ class, but it has become a traditional piece to put out at Christmas time. I remember when I was putting the finishing touches on it on Christmas Eve. I just had to finish it in time for Christmas! My painting abilities have improved a bit since this was painted, but it will remain one of my favorite pieces. It has graced our home for many Christmases and is a convenient place to store those special ornaments we all have and cherish.
