I painted this in Brenda's class in March, 2005 at the Creative Painting Convention in Las Vegas. Brenda is a consistently excellent teacher. I wanted to add some wildlife to the picture and thought swans would be nice. I found patterns for them in one of Jackie Claflin's lovely books ("Windows of my World" series).
